Job Summary:
As an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Consultant, you will provide expert guidance to organizations on developing and implementing sustainable business practices. You will help companies assess and improve their ESG performance, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements, enhance stakeholder engagement, and achieve long-term sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze an organization's current ESG practices and performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and recommend ESG strategies and initiatives to enhance environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices.
  • Conduct ESG due diligence and reporting, including data collection, analysis, and documentation, to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, employees, investors, and external partners, to align ESG initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on ESG-related disclosures and reporting frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and others.
  • Support the implementation of ESG initiatives, including sustainability programs, ethical business practices, and community engagement projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ESG initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, proposals, and presentations on ESG assessments, strategies, and progress.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in ESG.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA ESG, LEED, GRI Certification) preferred.
  • Proven experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of ESG principles, including environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and governance practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective ESG strategies.
  • Proficiency in ESG reporting frameworks and tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ESG information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
