Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in patient care, including conducting luggage and body searches.
  • Monitor and facilitate Book Studies and Recovery meetings.
  • Maintain awareness of patient locations and ensure adherence to the Bradford Program Schedule.
  • Supervise and facilitate patient activities and ensure timely medication administration.
  • Assist counselors and nurses as needed, and engage in appropriate documentation.
  • Drive patients to and from appointments and outings, and handle other transportation tasks as directed.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for patients.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
  • Undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science preferred; one year of experience in alcohol/drug treatment with direct patient contact preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to administer CPR and be certified.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of chemical dependency recovery principles.
  • Physical and emotional capability to handle stressful situations and work in a constant state of alertness.
