We are a 36 bed co-ed facility offering Substance Abuse treatment. We offer a diverse array of therapeutic services, with a focus on individualized care.
About us:
Health Care Alliance North America (HCANA) is a rapidly expanding healthcare management company specializing in addiction and mental health treatment. It was founded by individuals in recovery who have first-hand experience in receiving addiction treatment and have developed a specialized model of care that incorporates techniques that work while eliminating those that do not. Although the company is growing and expanding, HCANA maintains the mindset of a small business, with every employee being considered family. We promote a healthy work/life balance for all employees while maintaining our focus on providing excellent care within a fun, calming environment for clients and staff alike.
JOB DUTIES
- Help facilitate the first initial part of the intake process and procedure.
- Provide supervision and support to clients and the Clinical /Operations Team at the facility.
- Offer clients guidance about recovery using the 12-step model, Refuge Recovery, or other established models.
- Facilitate daily schedule of Knoxville Recovery Center.
- Conduct random urinalysis drug testing twice weekly and as outlined procedurally.
- Monitor client’s presence through daily round
Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent
- Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.07 per hour
