Job Summary
To provide support to the Operations team by conducting quality control checks on all inbound and departing pallets of merchandise. Acts as the final sign off for shipping accuracy. 

Location:    Corporate Office - Warminster, Pa. Monday-Friday. 7am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all pallets departing from the building are correct and conform to pallet BOM specifications.
  2. Conduct spot checks on all inbound receiving shipments, to ensure the receiving quantities and conditions match paperwork correctly.
  3. Sets up the pallet builds and directs material handlers.
  4. Assist in directing team of up to 20.
  5. Verifies correct finished labels are placed on pallet builds.
  6. Maintain accurate build counts to work orders.
  7. Maintains pallet build productivity and provides feedback to supervisor regarding team performance.
  8. All other job related duties as assigned by supervisor.
 Required Skills and Experience:
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Must have acute attention to detail and be highly organized
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Must be able to read, speak and count in English
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
