We are seeking a passionate, customer-oriented Group Sales Manager to join the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Atlanta-Galleria team in Atlanta, GA. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be eager to excel in their role. The position involves managing sales and marketing activities to generate group business and meet targets. Furthermore, the Group Sales Manager will be cultivating relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enforcing policies and regulations. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a top-notch team and receive a salary of $50,000 with competitive benefits.

Compensation:

$55,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for increasing group sales and maintaining a high occupancy rate.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase group sales.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends in order to identify potential groups and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the hotel's marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials, events, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve sales goals and quotas while maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding the hotel's quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in sales, business, hospitality, or related field.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing principles and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • US Work Authorization and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
