As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with our key customers. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships, and exceeding customer expectations.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including Amstat, cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Visit prospects at their location.
  • Present our services to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Customize sales pitches and proposals to address the specific needs and concerns of each prospect.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with potential clients to secure new business partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Education, prior work experience, and specialized skill and knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 3 years sale experience.
  • Background in aviation, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS office, e-mail systems, and have computer operating skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary will be weighted toward commission, with a possibility of earning up $200K per year.
