Beauty Advisor

Summary:
The Beauty Advisor is a brand specific role that is responsible for assisting customers in makeup, skin care and/or fragrance selections while demonstrating superior selling techniques and advanced product knowledge. In this role you will practice outstanding customer service and build customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales and productivity targets, acting as a representative of 3Sixty and striving for maximum sales results and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers in a friendly manner.
• Attend vendor training seminars to continue brand education.
• Build and maintain strong vendor partnerships in order to support the business.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand products and services to build sales.
• Use suggestive selling in order to drive multiple unit sales.
• Understand and properly execute all systems and procedures to ensure a quick and efficient transactions.
• Assist with departmental operations based on customer traffic levels, ensuring an equitable distribution of responsibilities among team members.
• Adhere to weekly work schedules and be flexible to the needs of the business.
• Ensure brand merchandise is consistently presented to high standards and promptly replenished when needed.
• Adhere to the established uniform policy to maintain the store’s
  brand image.
• Perform various housekeeping duties on the sales floor as assigned.
• Secure company assets by following Asset Protection policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of beauty experience.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Advanced customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a diverse fast-paced work environment, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Must be flexible to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Multi-lingual preferred
