Our company is one of the leading providers of Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development for top-tier nationwide clients. We are in search of an entry-level Customer Service Representative who has an exuberant personality and a passion for working with others

Our entry-level Customer Service Representatives place a huge emphasis on the attention to detail with each customer account, and the ability to solve any and all problems, should they arise. We have a close-knit and inclusive entry-level entry-level Customer Service Representative team that is leading with the utmost professionalism, and cost-effective sales solutions for our clients to increase their market share and drive sales revenue and overall profitability.

 

Responsibilities of our entry-level Customer Service Representative:

  • Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account
  • Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience
  • Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics
  • Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts
  • Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner
  • Brainstorm and strategize with other entry-level Customer Service Representatives the new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins
 

Requirements for our next entry-level Customer Service Representative:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or equivalent entry-level position is preferred
  • Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must
  • Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
