Job Title: Service Manager

This is a full-time, exempt, salary position.

Location – Circle’s corporate office – Butler, WI

 

Job Summary:

Circle is in need of a strong manager to oversee the office side of our Service division. The division currently sits at 3 dedicated service vans with a highly skilled Field Service Manager. We have a vision to grow the department to 10 vans within the next 3 years. To make this vision a reality, we are looking for a driven and innovative individual, with a strong business development mindset, to establish new long term customer relationships while working with our current team to build proper infrastructure and put processes in place to effectively scale the division.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation – to be accomplished through supporting existing customers and driving business development opportunities with potential new customers
  • Responsible for collaborating on the development of departmental revenue targets and KPIs – accountable for reaching set targets
  • Perform quality full life cycle project management and account management duties
  • Complete accurate monthly billing
  • Quality control accuracy of invoices
  • Complete takeoffs, provide quality estimates and quotes to customers
  • Oversee fleet management
  • Assess current processes and procedures for improvement opportunities
  • Other duties, as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Uphold and embody Circle’s core values: Safety, Excellence, Respect, Relationships, Accountability
  • Demonstrated history of Circle’s Core Skills: Organized, Reliable, Efficient
  • Extensive knowledge of the electrical contracting industry
  • Service department specific knowledge highly preferred
  • Extremely high level of customer service
  • Proven sales experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination for accurate data entry and reading of project plans and specifications.
  • Good hearing for effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds of materials, such as project documents, plans, and equipment.
  • Ability to drive a motor vehicle.
