This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm in Aventura, FL - No remote options


Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with marketing, sales, finance and customer service departments to execute interdepartmental projects through the CRM.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with HubSpot.
  • Conducts periodic audits on the CRM to make sure every salesperson on staff is maintaining organization and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Client Relationship Management tools (Hubspot preferred)
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Documents, Gmail, Calendars, Slides)
  • Competent problem solver / Great attitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to function effectively in a fast paced work environment
