The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are eager to announce a full-time, onsite, Bilingual Recruiter position at our Tampa, FL office, filled with many exciting opportunities in the Tampa Bay area In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by consulting, sourcing, and recommending candidates to client organizations.
- Leverages experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, ATS and social media platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
- Builds relationships with top candidates and establishes a pipeline of qualified resources.
- Conducts personal interviews via phone, video and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients.
- Prepares and facilitates candidate interviews with clients and follow-up debriefing.
- Performs thorough reference checks.
- Negotiates pay rates.
- Engages with support team, which handles on-boarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
- Maintains timely, compliant and accurate documentation and metrics requirements on all activity related to prospects, clients, and candidates via the FCS database systems.
Compensation
Yearly salary, plus bonus and commission.
$500.00 Sign-On Bonus payable after ninety (90) days of successful employment.*
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and time management and organization skills. Knowledge of ATS and CRM functions, staffing industry-recruiting, recruitment practices, labor laws, and company service and products. In addition, a bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent years of experience; a high school diploma is required. Two (2) years of staffing industry-recruiting experience and a proven track record of placing candidates is required. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
