Job DescriptionJob Description

The Corporate Human Resources Generalist position is responsible for planning, coordinating, communicating and assisting in the facilitation of team member relations events and programs such as All Team Meetings, All Leader Meetings, Team Member Appreciation events, Summer and Holiday parties. Assist with Annual Team Member Engagement Survey and follow up action planning. Coordinates employee nominations of monthly Enriching Lives recognition program including the arrangement of reward and monthly presentation within the employees' department. Track and maintain employee locker assignments, departmental issued uniforms, nametags, and vehicle parking tags. Daily entry into HRIS for new hires, terminations, status or pay rate changes and other data entry as needed and required for all company brands. Greet all team members and answer telephone for Corporate Human Resources division.

Essential Functions:

  • Greet all team members to the Human Resources office in a friendly manner; answers telephone and assist team members with basic Human Resources questions.
  • Work with the Corporate VP of Human Resources and Corporate Director of Human Resources to plan all Team Member recognition events and activities; responsible for coordinating, executing, and communicating all team member recognition events and activities.
  • Assist with administering the Annual Team Member Engagement Survey and assist with follow up actions as directed by the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources and the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
  • Coordinate and administer the monthly Enriching Lives team members recognition program.
  • Track all team member company property including uniforms, name tags, vehicle parking tags, company issued electronic equipment and track all locker assignments and process.
  • Responsible for daily data entry into HRIS system for new hires, terminations, status or pay changes.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information.
  • Assist Corporate Director of Human Resources with benefits administration and paperwork as directed.
  • Assist Corporate Director of Human Resources with worker's' compensation administration tasks as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Corporate VP of Human Resources, Corporate Director of Human Resources and Recruitment & Training Manager.
  • Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
  • Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among team members that are consistent and complete.

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in an office environment or administrative position.
  • Previous Human Resource experience a plus.
