We are seeking a qualified LCPC Board Approved Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to LGPC therapists. This position will provide weekly individual supervision, monthly group supervision, and maintain a caseload of clients.

Balance Point Wellness, LLC, is a community based holistic multi-specialty mental health clinic with 5 locations and a school-based program in Maryland. We have in-person offices in Baltimore, Overlea, Bel Air, Salisbury, and Hunt Valley, MD. We also have a School Based division in Baltimore County and Harford County Schools and a Telehealth division throughout Maryland and Delaware.


The supervisor position can be in-person at one of our offices, hybrid, or telehealth.


Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise assigned graduate-level therapist
  • Cosign supervisee documentation as needed.
  • Work with the management team
  • Maintain a caseload of therapy clients

Requirements:

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Master’s/doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required
  • Advanced license in Maryland to provide Mental health treatment
  • LCPC license
  • Psychotherapy experience in a community setting preferred
  • Background Check
  • Highly organized and possesses time management
