Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Kennedy Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and clinical operations of our residential services team, providing direct therapy services to child survivors of sexual violence, and supervising master-level clinicians and clinical-level staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of trauma-focused treatment plans for child survivors of sexual violence.
  • Provide direct therapy services to child survivors, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Supervise and mentor master-level clinicians and clinical-level staff to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and services for child survivors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure access to resources and services for child survivors.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid clinical license in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC).
  • Board-approved supervisor (LCSW-C, LCPC) or within 6 months of start date complete supervision training.
  • Knowledge of issues related to sexual trauma and gender-based violence.
  • Proven experience with trauma-informed counseling and supervision.
  • Demonstrates cultural competency in working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of database management systems.
  • Ability to work evenings/weekend shifts as needed.
  • Bi-lingual highly encouraged to apply.
  • 3+ years direct clinical service with survivors of sexual violence required.
  • 3+ years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy to youth and families.
