Account Development Representative  


Join LoanPro as a part of our Direct Sales team We're looking for an entry-level Account Development Representative (ADR) who can improve our lead generation and sales processes. We need your help to ensure our revenue goals are met  You may be the right candidate for this position if you thrive on competing priorities and you find the diversity of the daily responsibilities of this position exciting vs overwhelming. We are looking for a go-getter that thinks like a rocket scientist and can run on quicksand to accelerate growth and provide insights to the business.


The Role

As the ADR for LoanPro, you will focus on generating new business opportunities and building a pipeline of potential clients for the sales team. The ADR works closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and target potential clients, and to develop and execute strategies to build and nurture relationships with those prospects. You will lead by example with your proactive approach to identifying the customer needs and educating them about our products, features, and services. 


What You'll Do

As the ADR, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Engage with potential clients through a variety of channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person events
  • Identify the needs of the clients
  • Educate clients about LoanPro products, features and services
  • Generate interest to ensure client retention 
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of LoanPro, industry trends, and competition. Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and qualify leads generated through various channels.
  • Utilize phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to reach out to leads and assess their interest and fit for the company's product or service.
  • Set up qualified meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the pipeline is properly managed, and that potential clients are being properly nurtured throughout the sales process.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads generated and suggest areas for improvement in the lead generation process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's product or service and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Continuously refine and improve lead generation and sales processes to ensure that revenue goals are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, finance or communications.
  • Experience in lead generation and qualification, preferably in a sales or marketing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales and marketing tools. Examples of this include outreach, salesloft, sales navigator. 
  • Familiarity with the company's product or service and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
