Data analysis to remediate production issues:Ability to utilize Visier to create Analysis to recreate or test issues, etc.Ability to break business problems / issues down into individual elements and applying what is learned to an appropriate process for resolution and ensure permanent resolution.Interpret and communicate finding to inform strategic decisions and drive positive business outcomes.SkillsMust haveKnowledgeable about Visier platform backend including data configuration and security.Business Acumen.Effective communication, facilitating collaboration across functions to align client needs with platform capabilities.People analytics experience using vendor-based analytic solutions, using data from source systems such as PeopleSoft or Workday.Experience with Human Resources data and understanding of the Human Resources function.
