Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Detailing Team: Lead and manage a team of detailers, ensuring high-quality performance and adherence to Toyota of Greensboro's standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure all work meets our quality and cleanliness standards.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs, provide estimates, and ensure satisfaction with our detailing services.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper usage.
- Training and Development: Train new employees on proper detailing techniques and company procedures. Continuously develop the skills of existing team members.
- Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of detailing jobs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, customer interactions, and inventory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive detailing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of various detailing techniques, products, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- Physical Ability: Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
