Position Purpose:

Serve as confidential Bookkeeper to the CFO and other upper management staff within the departments of Accounting & Finance. Typical duties include assisting CFO in daily accounting tasks to assure all customers payables are accurate and promptly processed, & running reports and calculations for CFO and upper management.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update and Maintain various reports & Spreadsheets
  • Review Credit Card Transactions & Receipts
  • Provide Weekly Payroll Reports to Upper Management
  • Accounts Payable
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Reporting Expense control to Team Leads
  • Be able to work independently and with other departments
  • Be able to assist other departments when necessary.


B and B Maintenance offers competitive salaries based on experience & skill set. Eligible for health benefits after 60 days of employment.

Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets, and accounting programs is helpful. (excel, quickbooks).
  • The successful candidate will have the ability to quickly acquire new information and skills; communicate with members; and work in a fast-paced environment.
