Compensation:

$16 - $17+ hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all day-to-day operations of the front office, including reception, check-in/check-out, guest services, and reservations
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate front office staff to maintain the highest levels of customer service and knowledge
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints, inquiries, and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively promote hotel services, facilities, and specials to guests
  • Ensure that the front office is properly staffed and operational during designated hours of operation
Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in hotel front office management
  • In-depth understanding of hospitality industry best practices
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Proven capacity to lead a front-office staff
  • Legally allowed to work in the US
  • High-level familiarity with computer and reservations software, particularly PEP
  • Capability to quickly and proactively meet customer needs
  • Knowledge of accounting and budgetary requirements
  • Exceptional problem-solving and dispute resolution skills
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management abilities The ideal candidate for this Front Office Supervisor role in Cumming, GA, US must have a minimum of two years of experience in hotel front office management, an in-depth knowledge of hospitality industry norms, first-rate customer service skills, and successful experience in directing a front-office team. To be considered for this position, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US. The position also requires proficiency in computer systems and reservations software, primarily PEP, as well as the ability to rapidly and proactively respond to customer needs. The successful candidate must additionally possess knowledge of accounting and budgeting processes, excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities, and superior communication, and organizational skills.
