Job Summary:

The Ecommerce Production Manager primarily manages the ecommerce auction production process and is responsible for achieving ecommerce production and sales goals and overseeing the selection process through listing. This position also ensures that all selected items are properly received and handled appropriately. The Ecommerce Production Manager assists in managing an ecommerce team, primarily in the production area, and works with the management team to oversee a clean and safe working and meet monthly KPI goals and sales goals.


Minimum Qualifications:

Education

College degree preferred.

Experience

3 to 5 years working in appraisals

3-5 years working in a leadership role

Licensure,

Certification and Registration

International Society of Appraisers Accreditation

Other Qualifications

Job Duties

Essential Duties

Duties:

  • Directly responsible for production goals, maintaining and organizing the ecommerce production room, staffing, and training the selection, production and ecommerce ambassador teams.

  • Responsible for modeling and teaching appropriate, actual work behaviors.

  • Safeguard company property, including donated goods. Reports any incident of theft, stashing, or misappropriation of company equipment.

  • Receives and sorts donations, selecting online salable items in the stores, dcs and ecommerce processing areas.

  • Evaluate the need for selection donations as needed and maintain adequate listing levels.

  • Provide training for staff regarding proper selecting and handling procedures.

  • Ensure locations are following proper ecommerce labeling and securing procedures.

  • Monitoring selection material chain of custody and reporting concerns to ecommerce manager, regional and VP of Retail.

  • Examine donations to determine appropriateness for the ecommerce platform

Management Duties:

  • Supervises ecommerce employees and is the primary authority concerning the selection and processing of ecommerce donated materials

  • Responsible for the ecommerce revenue goals and budgeted expenses with the management staff

  • Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Ecommerce Manual, the Employee Handbook, and the other policies issued by Goodwill

  • Ensures proper accounting for all ecommerce revenue

  • Ensures good customer/employee relations by maintaining high customer service standards outlined in the customer service manual

  • Trains and develops staff in all selecting responsibilities, including adherence to all safety and company protocols and procedures to promote a safe, productive work environment

  • Coordinates communication with the Ecommerce General Manager and Regional Manager for all merchandise pickup and delivery concerns

  • Assists General Manager in performance reviews and disciplinary actions

  • Oversees the day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the ecommerce general manager, opening and assigning tasks and closing the location. Opening and closing the location on time and in a timely manner
