ABOUT THE JOB

To technically support the ministries of First Naples in worship and even productions.


PREREQUISITE

  • Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of First Naples Church.
  • Affirm the First Naples statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000.
  • Maintain a close and healthy walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • Maintain a high standard of excellence and moral character.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Professional and positive demeanor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all worship and presentation systems are configured and ready
  • for all events as scheduled.
  • Maintaining, upgrading and servicing the AVL equipment of First Naples.
  • Transport equipment as needed across the First Naples campus and
  • other campuses as directed.
  • Support scheduled worship and event productions.
  • Maintain compliance with assigned budgets and expense allocations.
  • Assist in the adherence of church branding and marketing guidelines.
  • Maintain a cooperative spirit by assisting others when needed or requested.
  • Communicate effectively with leaders, peers, and members.
  • Demonstrate stewardship of church resources including supplies, equipment, and intellectual property.
  • Understand and adhere to procedural guidelines and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)

  • A servant's heart for Jesus Christ and willingness to work and be available at
  • different hours.
  • Professional experience supporting AVL event productions (volunteer
  • experience qualifies).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of computers and software (Macintosh/Apple, Adobe
  • products, Google Apps Suite, MS Office products), required.
  • Understanding of computer ethernet based computer networking.
