We're looking for a friendly IT professional to provide technical assistance to our ever-growing internal staff. You'll be at the company’s front line and will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer service is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
This position will be based out of our Golden Valley, MN office, with the ability to travel to our MN office locations.
What you will do:
- Provide first level support and provide resolutions to user issues.
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
- Walk users through problem solving processes.
- Recommend procedure modifications or improvements.
- Perform Windows 10 Imaging procedures.
- Manage and Deploy iOS and Android Devices.
- Provide Remote and Onsite support in all offices.
What you will bring:
- Windows 10 troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of mobile devices, laptops and desktops.
- Working knowledge of common desktop applications including the most current version of Microsoft Office.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Minimum Education:
An Associate’s degree (A.A.) is required. A minimum of 1 year of professional experience specifically supporting Microsoft based environments is also desired. A driver's license and good driving record is also required.
Minimum Preferred Experience:
CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification (MTA, MSCA, MSCE). Proven experience using our current technologies/applications is preferred: Helpdesk Ticketing Systems, Windows Server 2019, Windows 10, iOS, Android, AutoCAD, Microstation, Esri GIS, SharePoint.
