Software Development

• Develop and maintain software solutions for cloud-based content and file management systems.

• Design and implement new features, updates, and bug fixes.

• Collaborate with other team members on software projects.

• Test and debug software code, ensuring reliability and quality.

• Adhere to coding best practices and maintain clean, organized code.


Network and Systems Administration

• Install, configure, test, and maintain servers (Linux and Windows OS), storage infrastructure, and related networking equipment.

• Securely operate and maintain network systems.

• Monitor scheduled tasks and outputs for accuracy and potential issues.

• Perform critical data backups and secure data according to company procedures.

• Manage Microsoft Active Directory.

• Configure and maintain network security systems (intrusion detection/prevention, firewalls, anti-virus/malware, etc.).

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/data backup issues.

• Maintain logs and documentation of problems and resolutions.

• Automate tasks through scripting where possible.

• Provide comprehensive support to staff.

• Assist with software upgrades and installations.

• Research, recommend, and acquire IT equipment and software.


Requirements:

• Computer Science Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) REQUIRED

• Excellent coding skills with demonstrable experience.

• Proven experience in network and systems administration.

• Advanced proficiency in Linux and Windows Server/Client operating systems.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
