WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellness Director who is a registered nurse to join our team. The Wellness Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all wellness programs and services within our facility.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and supervise wellness programs and services that promote the physical and mental well-being of residents and staff
  • Coordinate and lead health education classes, workshops, and seminars
  • Conduct health assessments and create personalized wellness plans for residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and coordinate medical services
  • Monitor and track wellness outcomes and trends to make continuous improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to health and wellness

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Registered Nurse license
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in health and wellness program development and implementation
  • Knowledge of various health conditions and wellness strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards residents and staff
