Responsibilities
Assist in managing over 3,000 properties owned by our clients, which reside in homeowners associations
- Organize and manage property registrations and rental registrations
- Process HOA violations and ensure timely completion
- Review neighborhood covenants and restrictions
- Receive HOA billing and process invoices and payments
- Communicate with external HOA companies and internal accounts payable.
- Organize systems for tracking and managing multiple HOA’s in over twenty cities
- Manage emails and mail from HOA’s
- Ensure HOA violations are resolved quickly and accurately
- Ensure compliance with resident registrations
- Audit systems and use critical thinking skills to enter the most accurate information
- Build strong internal relationships
- Solves problems proactively
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- One year property management experience preferred
- Strong desire to take ownership and help to maintain our national brand
- Strong work ethic required
- Organizational skills are a must along with attention to detail and the ability to handle high volume
- Strong critical thinking skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Able to perform at a high-level in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Computer literacy is necessary and candidate will be required to use online company software platforms
