Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of an estate planning and elder law firm. You’ll welcome clients, visitors, and fellow employees, answer phone calls, respond to emails, handle all incoming and outgoing mail, schedule meetings, scan and file documents, and assist us with other marketing and operations tasks as needed. $18 - $20 per hour
Responsibilities:- Give everyone who enters the office a personalized warm welcome and communicate important information or directions
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails to communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
- Follow opening and closing procedures in the office
- Arrange appointments for some team members
- Data entry, copying, scanning, filing, and database management
- Assist with other administrative and marketing tasks
- Assemble client materials
- Maintain supply inventories
- Errands
- You live within 15-20 miles away from the office and have a reliable car
- Confident with MAC platforms, Microsoft Office, etc
- Warm and friendly
- Accurate fast typist (minimum 50 wpm)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communicator both written and oral
- Accurate work quality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies
- Great attention to detail
- Customer service experience is a plus
