State Farm Insurance Agent seeks an organized and proactive Assistant to join his team. This role offers the opportunity to help our day-to-day operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the agent, team members and our State Farm Insurance Agency.
- Client Relations: Serve as a point of contact for incoming customer calls. Handle first level inquiries, take payments, assist with claims, maintaining strong relationships through effective communication and exceptional service, and other duties assigned
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the agent or senior team members, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving needs.

- Reliable & Responsible
- Exceptional organizational and Time Management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to Detail
- Strong Follow up
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.

- This is a Part-time position which can turn into a Full time opportunity, based out of our Chicago (North Center) State Farm Insurance Agency office.
