KLINGER GPI: Our Mission

KLINGER GPI has been established through the 2020 acquisition of West Texas based Gasket & Packings, Inc., and the 2023 merger with KLINGER's gasket manufacturing facility located in Houston, Texas. KLINGER GPI is well positioned to provide industrial facilities with a comprehensive range of fluid sealing products and services, through our 4 physical Texas locations. KLINGER GPI manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of fluid sealing and control products; including static and dynamic sealing products, valves, instrumentations, expansion joints and hoses, fasteners, hydraulic bolt tightening equipment and supplementary MRO products. In addition, our accredited in-house and mobile facilities provide tool calibration and equipment repair services to suit any calibration schedule requirements.

Day to day as a Industrial Customer Service Representative I

As a Customer Service Representative I at KLINGER GPI in Odessa, your role is vital in ensuring seamless communication with our customers. Handling inquiries and processing orders through various channels such as telephone, email, and portals, you will be the point of contact for customers seeking industrial gaskets, seals, o-rings, torque equipment and much more. Additionally, you will play a key role in ordering non-stock items from our trusted vendors, showcasing your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to our commitment to exceptional customer service and innovative solutions in the manufacturing industry.
