  • The position is in Georgetown, TX, with close access to I-35 to various restaurants and shopping centers to enjoy during breaks and lunchtime.
Your New Role: Join one of the most trusted and progressive cooperative organizations as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will collect and post all utility and developer payments received from customers and developers, receive and prepare walk-in requests for connections, disconnection, and transfer of utility services, process bank wire payments, respond to customer questions regarding utility service, leak, and billing questions, and maintain commercial refuse charges. Work Schedule: On call as needed Your Experience:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • One (1) – three (3) years of customer service and cash handling experience is required; call center experience is highly preferred.
  • Essential knowledge of accounting and billing procedures, credit collection practices, and federal, state, and local laws is required.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
