As an Incoming I, you will be responsible for feeder/loading and kitt building. This role requires excellent attention to detail, proficiency with computers, and data entry experience. You will need to cross-reference part numbers, handle repetitive tasks, and manage stop-and-go activities with efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicates and listens effectively in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Works as a member of a team.
  • Functions under time pressure.
  • Gets along with co-workers.
  • Accepts change in a positive manner.
  • Contributes to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment. Works in compliance with company, OSHA, and SDS safety policies.
  • Accurately perform cross-referencing of part numbers.
  • Complete repetitive tasks with precision.
Job Qualifications:
  • Experience with computers and data entry is required.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring a high level of attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • The ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
Additional Details:
  • 3 open Incoming I positions (Feeder/Loading and Kitt Building)
  • Pay: $18-$19 per hour
  • Location: Seymour, CT
  • Shift: 1st shift
