The Agency Planning Monitor is a member of the Planning and Evaluation (P&E) Department.

This PRN position will be primarily dedicated to advancing initiatives set-out in CCANO's strategic plan, with an emphasis on projects assigned to the Planning and Evaluation department. This role includes production of deliverables associated with strategic plan initiatives, project administration and the monitoring of associated initiative measures. The incumbent works with other P&E staff to assist CCANO departments and programs in the development, monitoring and measurement of applicable improvement efforts outlined in CCANO's strategic plan. The incumbent is additionally responsible for other reporting, database management and program planning activities, as needed.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • COMMUNICATES regularly with program staff and support departments engaged in strategic plan initiatives, as needed.
  • PARTICIPATES in all internal P&E meetings and applicable strategic planning engagements.
  • MONITORS initiative progress and presents updates to appropriate internal audiences.
  • WORKS with the P&E Data Manager to monitor and address program-level needs.
  • PREPARES reports on progress related to the Strategic Plan.
  • MEETS initiative deadlines and assists in developing quality improvement efforts related to strategic plan initiatives.
  • PERFORMS other duties as directed by the Director of Planning and Evaluation.

Minimum Educational and General Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in social work, public health, organizational management, or related field ;
  • Minimum of one year related work experience;
  • Familiarity with the tenets of form design, surveying and the fundamentals of effective data collection and management;
  • Experience with online form creation and data management;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and prior work with databases;
  • Local travel required.
