Your role as a Financial Counselor

As a Full Time Financial Counselor at HME Specialists in Albuquerque, you'll play a vital role in advising patients and caregivers on the company's financial policies related to insurance billing and patient responsibilities. Following established procedures, you'll provide detailed estimates for supplies and equipment, ensuring transparency regarding charges and coverage. Your role will involve educating patients on payment options, setting up auto-pay arrangements, and facilitating payment plans when needed. By collecting payments, maintaining accurate patient records, and verifying insurance benefits, you'll contribute to ensuring seamless financial transactions for our valued customers. Your dedication to providing support and guidance to patients and their families will be instrumental in ensuring access to necessary medical supplies, making this position both rewarding and impactful.
