Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a talent for organization who loves interacting with people? We’re looking for a positive and professional individual to welcome visitors, clients, agents, and fellow employees; answer phone calls and emails; review transactions for compliance; take care of data entry into various software; assist our sales agents, and assist us with other operations as needed. This position will also be expected to learn transaction coordination for residential real estate, as well as manufactured homes on rented lots.


This is a Monday - Friday, full-time, and is strictly an in-person position only. No other accommodations can be made at this time.


Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, an understanding of the real estate transaction process, and basic technology skills. If this sounds like you, apply today

Compensation:

$15 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, agents, employees, and vendors in a friendly but professional manner and guide them appropriately
  • Answer phone in the same manner
  • Complete Daily Data Entry tasks with accuracy
  • Monitor Transactions for Compliance
  • Keep office tidy and stocked with supplies
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as organizing, copying, filing etc.
  • Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
  • Learn our software well enough to be able to assist the sales agents with questions
  • Onboard new agents and get them up to speed on our office and procedures
  • Assorted other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Great written and verbal skills
  • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED
  • Data Entry with an eye for detail
  • Superb Customer Service Skills
  • A genuine willingness to help
  • Willingness to continue learning
  • Experience with Excel/Word/Google Sheets/Google Docs
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
