They have customers across North America and Canada, selling primarily into Agriculture, Exhaust, HVAC, and Water-related industries. After decades in the business, they're a profitable, growing organization that offers career growth opportunities.
The sales team is now needing to hire an experienced industrial Inside Sales Representative in Oregon.
THE JOB:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective, current, and dormant customers to grow business.
Day-to-day involves research, conducting outreach via phone and email, while partnering with outside sales reps and other team members to close new sales. The majority of your sales outreach will involve building relationships with Purchasing Managers in the West or Midwest.
The right person for this role will be detailed, motivated, a strong communicator, and have experience in the industrial sector.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2+ years of business-to-business inside sales experience
- Preferred experience in industrial or similar industries
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Past experience conducting cold outbound sales
- Live in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area open to working in office
