The Manager of Branch Operations maintains and tracks all consumer authorizations and facilitates communication with office team to work through any challenges.
The Manager of Branch Operations works closely with the Executive team to provide supervision, accountability, leadership, and management of the overall operations for 365 Health Services, LLC.
Duties and responsibilities
- Consistently models and manages the company's mission and philosophy of customer service and compliance.
-Ensures accurate and timely completion of timesheets, payroll reports, employee incident and accident reports, and required personnel forms.
-Establishes and maintains effective channels of communication within the office as well as with clients and field personnel.
- Oversees office payroll and billing processes.
-Maintains and tracks all consumer authorizations.
-Facilitates communication with office team to work through any challenges.
-Ensures initial and ongoing compliance with all applicable federal, state, and legal regulations.
Benefits: Standard, 365 Health Services, LLC-provided benefits for salaried-exempt employees, including the following:
- Paid time off: Vacation and Sick/Personal days (15 days accrue weekly throughout the calendar year). A team member begins to accrue PTO upon hire. A maximum of 5 already accrued PTO days (40 hours) can be carried over from one calendar year to the next.
- Medical Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision benefits are offered after 30 days of employment with 365 Health Services. Enrollment information will be provided to you one month before your eligibility date.
- Hospital & Accident Benefits: Automatic enrollment into our Hospital & Accident benefits are offered following 90 days of employment with 365 Health Services. If you wish to opt-out of these benefits, you will be able to do so prior to your enrollment date.
