As Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amanda Chase Koenig - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and clients success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between client needs and agency departments.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:

You will play a crucial role in our mission to protect and support our valued clients. Your self-motivated and driven nature will be your key to success, allowing you to build and nurture lasting connections within our community. Collaborating with our team of experienced professionals, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' lives and their insurance coverage decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
