Diadem Hearts provides HCBS-AMH (Home and Community Based Services-Adult Mental Health) services for people with serious mental illness. Office Assistant

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities:

· Organization of schedule and responsibilities for program director

· Assist with making and responding to emails, calls, and meetings

· Internal audits of operational procedures, tasks, and measurables

· Assists in other departments, including coverage of patient care and ratio responsibilities as needed/requested

· Completes needed drop-offs, pickups, and transportation

Requirements:

· High school diploma required, some college education in psychology, social work or related field preferred

· Experience with electronic organization and task completion systems required (Microsoft Office, electronic healthcare records…etc.)

· Medical, Mental health, or substance use treatment setting experience preferred

· Must maintain a valid Drivers' License, have proof of automobile insurance and maintain a safe driving record based
