Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication to provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.

  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and post-project reviews.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in program or project management, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana) is highly desirable.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving projects to completion.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery.
