Fulfillment Supervisor

Reports To: Fulfillment Floor Manager

Shift Time: 1:30 PM-10 PM / 40-45 Hours per week required

Job Overview: Responsible for overseeing various warehouse activities including customer orders, shipping and receiving, ensuring proper operation of all equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment. The role includes supervisory responsibilities.

Company Specific Responsibilities:

  • Increase morale throughout the company through employee recognition and effective communication

Summary of Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure Brokerage orders are fulfilled accurately.
  • Paperwork is completed accurately regarding the packing of Brokerage orders
  • Keeping good attendance and tardiness
  • Ensures Order Fulfilment staff completes paperwork neatly and timely.
  • Prepare and organize the workspace for continuous operational flow for the order fulfillment team.
  • Perform spot checks for orders fulfilled to maintain accuracy and immediately share any findings with the order fulfillment team members.
  • Distribute and assign duties to order fulfillment team members.
  • Clean and organize the fulfillment room to ensure it is ready for the following day.
  • Build pallets from inventory for incoming orders and prepare shipments.

Skills and Physical Requirements

  • Able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to repetitively lift, bend, twist, stand, kneel, and carry.
  • Stand for long periods.
  • Have time management skills.
  • Have the ability to multitask.
