Responsibilities
- Responding to queries, problem solvingand following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients and carriers to maintain client retention.
- Developing insurance quotes, reviewing renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
- Interacting with clients, carriersand co-workers in a professional manner in all communications.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License is a bonus. We cover all licensing expenses if not licensed.
- Insurance Customer Service experience is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Intermediate proficiency of technology and computers.
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
