As NeuroBlade enters its next phase of growth, we are seeking an Integration and Test Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this position, you will act as a key user and advocate of our final product. This role involves taking part in the integration, testing, and feature validation of our hardware that accelerates data analytics, as well as the software that operates on top of this hardware. The engineer will also develop tools to assist sales engineers in installing, configuring, and deploying clusters, running demos, extracting results, and evaluating new software releases. Additionally, the engineer will provide support to customers, ensuring smooth operation and satisfaction with our products.

In this role you will have the unique opportunity of working with state of the art data analytics engines and gain view of our highly complex solution both as an end customer and a developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a customer advocate, running comprehensive tests on final products to ensure high-quality performance and reliability.
  • Participate in the integration and testing of hardware and software features.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve tools for sales engineers to facilitate the installation, loading, and spinning up of clusters.
  • Create and run demos, extract results, and evaluate new software and hardware releases.
  • Support sales engineers and customers by troubleshooting issues, providing technical guidance, and ensuring smooth operation of the products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on testing and customer interactions.
  • Connect and integrate our products with well-known data analytics engines such as Presto, ClickHouse, Spark, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and related technologies to continually enhance our products and support

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in integration, testing, and customer support for hardware and software products.
  • Proficiency in developing tools and scripts to automate tasks and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with sales engineers, customers, and development teams.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
