Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry tasks.
- Resident Requests: Address maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Property Upkeep: Inspect and maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities.
- Apartment Turnovers: Assist in preparing units for new residents.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- On-Call Duties: Participate in rotating on-call schedules and snow removal.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a similar field desired,
