Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Steve Brown Apartments. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment complexes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct daily inspections of apartment complexes to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
