JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Should be able to independently analyze business requirement and provide appropriate solution.
  • Should be able to manage business escalations in a diplomatic manner and provide accurate solutions / suggest work arounds that can be performed within the given SLA.
  • Perform BA activities for newly assigned change requests, do thorough analysis and provide timely solution.
  • Perform assigned Setup Configuration, data loads, migration/conversion activities as per the work allocation.
  • Should be able to independently handle interaction with business users for Requirement Gathering, providing Issue/Defect resolution, provide updates in weekly/daily calls etc.
  • Providing production support for issues faced by business users during routine business, month close activities, migration/conversion post Go-Live, post Production Go-Live etc.
  • Preparing the OUM documents for new setup configurations, enhancement requests, defects, conversion activities etc.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly reports and analysis as per the Management requirements.
  • Providing trainings to the internal team and business users.
  • Leading the team for timely deliveries of the assigned tasks, handling issues faced by the team and maintain good team atmosphere.
  • Ability and experience in collaborating with internally stakeholders/project teams, with Implementation Partner teams, and with other external parties for 3rd party integrations.

RESPONSBILITIES

  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Experience in at least 3 to 4 End to End Oracle Cloud implementation cycles
  • Experience in 3 to 4 Oracle Cloud Upgrade/Migration projects
  • Experience in the below tracks/modules:
  • Procure To Pay Lead: PO, INV, iProc, iSupp, FA, iExp, AP, GL, SLA
  • Experience in Ebiz Tax and third-party tax integration is highly desirable.
  • Expert level experience in Setup/Configurations, Solution Design, Troubleshooting Issues/Defects and handling SR with Oracle Support.
  • Expert level experience in requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT, Project documentation, User Manuals, Process Notes and End User Training to business users and internal teams.
  • Experience in support modules like System Administrator, Application Diagnostics, and Oracle Web ADI will be preferred.
  • Experience in technical tools like SQL Developer and/or Toad is desirable and will be given preference.
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal is mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner.
  • Self-motivated with lot of energy and drivability.
  • Should have the ability and willingness to learn new modules/technology.
  • Should be a good team player with good interpersonal skills and excellent analytical skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.
