This role is centered on providing exceptional service and advanced technology solutions to clients within the Oracle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through all stages of Oracle Cloud ERP SCM, Manufacturing, and Purchasing Applications implementations.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of Oracle Order Management and Inventory Applications to consult with clients, offering cost-effective solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Refine and document customer requirements, presenting them for client approval.
  • Identify and apply innovative strategies to overcome implementation and integration challenges.
  • Analyze existing systems and data to pinpoint new requirements, suggesting enhancements or modifications as necessary.
  • Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing with clients for system enhancements or custom solutions.
  • Engage with Oracle to resolve service requests.
  • Lead and manage various phases of the SDLC system life cycle, including:
    • Gathering business requirements through workshops.
    • Analyzing, designing, configuring, and developing solutions for the aforementioned Oracle applications.
    • Acting as a liaison between business and IT.
    • Writing basic queries and participating in technical design discussions to guide IT solutions.
    • Conducting Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing.
    • Preparing for Go-Live and providing cut-over support.
    • Offering post-production support.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with ERP systems in a software configuration implementation capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing systems for Oracle Supply Chain Functions/Applications, including Inventory, Customer Master, Order Management, Pricing, Configurator, and Global Order Promising.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations in Order Management and related applications.
  • Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM.
  • Oracle Cloud experience, particularly in Order Management, Shipping Execution, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, and Global Order Promising.
