Terillium is in search of a Senior Oracle Cloud Implementation Manager.

The Senior Oracle Cloud Implementation Manager will be responsible for guiding a team of consultants and client stakeholders through all phases of Oracle Cloud ERP deployment projects. This role necessitates extensive project management expertise within a consulting environment, comprehensive technological insight, and the capability to facilitate the rollout of an ERP solution across various organizational divisions. A solid grasp of project methodologies is crucial for delivering superior solutions.

In collaboration with a client-side project manager, key responsibilities encompass project planning, communication, coordination, issue resolution, risk management, escalation processes, and budget oversight. The individual will serve as a bridge between technical, functional, and client-side resources throughout both the implementation and subsequent support phases. The chosen candidate will leverage robust project management and leadership capabilities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with high levels of client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with effective communication skills and substantial experience in leading project teams to successful outcomes. This individual excels in providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to Terillium's clientele within the Oracle ecosystem.

IMPLEMENTATION EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION

  • 1+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management (SaaS / Fusion)
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Applications (EBS, JDE)
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related discipline
PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • A minimum of seven years managing ERP implementations
  • Experience managing at least two complete Oracle Cloud Project Lifecycle implementations
  • Background in a Consulting Services organization
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Server
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP Implementation Methodologies, including AIM; understanding of Oracle OUM is advantageous
  • Experience leading a consulting team of 10 or more resources
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Experience in change management, project risk mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex projects
  • Able to perform effectively in a time-sensitive environment
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage in the development of proposals and statements of work, formulate project estimates, work plans, staffing strategies, and provide guidance on implementation approaches.
  • Oversee information technology ERP projects/programs for client organizations, ensuring project requirements are clearly defined for timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Create detailed project plans with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and significant milestones, and manage the established project plans and timelines.
  • Assess and qualify the resources necessary to achieve ERP implementation success and ongoing support objectives.
  • Collaborate directly with the PMO, client project management, and steering committee to contribute to project-related decisions, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and provide timely status updates on consulting tasks and milestones.
  • Identify and escalate critical implementation challenges where Terillium's expertise and partner influence may be required.
  • Manage and limit customization requests to support best practices in implementing standard ERP package software processes whenever feasible.
  • Provide performance feedback to project team members, coaching, mentoring, and leading them while educating each on the methodology employed and their role in achieving success.
  • Stay informed about advancements and improvements in Project Management, offering innovative ideas for enhancing ERP project management processes and methodologies that could provide Terillium with a competitive advantage.
