We are hiring a professional security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in 77013 to perform vehicle. The role is Full time. From 9pm-5am, 5 days per week, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IS A MUST. $16.00 per hour, plus $1.00 using your vehicle.

Our Aproach: The services we offer serve two main goals. First, to prevent incidents before they occur. Second, to provide a fast and professional response when necessary.


Responsibilities:


- Perform access controls at gates. 
- Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.


Requirements:


- Level III Commssioned Texas Security Certification is required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS

- Previous experience in Security preferred

- Strong customer service
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
