Sales Consultant
Location: Holly Springs, NC

Training and Compensation: We offer training pay for the first 45 days, paid biweekly. The position includes a base pay with high commission potential. Our average sales consultants can earn between $35,000 and $60,000 annually, with potential for top performers to earn over $100,000.

What We're Looking For:
  • We seek a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional eager to grow with us. If you have 2+ years of self-generated lead sales, this could be the perfect role for you. You will work warm leads provided, referral business, and self-generated leads.
  • You should have a proven track record in managing a customer pipeline and be proficient with computers and customer management software.
  • We prefer candidates with experience in fencing or home services sales, but not a must.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License

Job Description: Stand Strong Fencing is expanding and looking for a driven Sales Consultant. You will be the face of our company, helping property owners with their fencing needs and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate Leads: Utilize marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), industry connections, and door-to-door prospecting to build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
  • Estimates and Consultations: Meet with potential customers at their properties or remotely to assess their fencing needs, provide estimates, and offer expert advice. Effectively use our estimating, CRM and other software tools to prepare accurate quotes and manage customer information.
  • Close Sales: Guide customers through the decision-making process, address their questions and concerns, and close sales to meet and exceed targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Installation Crew: Work closely with installation crews to ensure smooth project handovers and address any issues that arise on-site.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously expand your knowledge of fencing products and industry trends to better serve customers.

Physical Requirements: The role requires you to engage with property owners on-site and work outdoors in various weather conditions. You should be able to lift, move, and hold up to 80 lbs.
