Pay Rate: $15-20/hr.
Job Description:
This is not remote -- onsite at customer: Position will be located at supplier site, Enplas Life Tech Inc., located at 230 Sardis Rd, Asheville, NC 28806.
Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing equipment and perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures at a key supplier.
Work in a clean room and follow proper gowning procedures.
Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to determine and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and perform data analysis as required.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification, with relevant work experience also considered.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
- Availability to work standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
