Job Summary

As a Commercial HVAC Inside Service Sales Administrator, you will be the back-bone of our service sales department. You will respond to outside sales inquiries, provide technical support, prepare and process sales orders, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. You will also assist with the development of sales strategies and meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

As a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
  • Prepare and process sales orders.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with the development of sales strategies and meeting sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.

  • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and record keeping.
  • Sales skills to identify and pursue sales opportunities and meet targets.
  • Customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or HVAC industry preferred.

Work Schedule

We offer a hybrid work schedule that allows you to work in the office and remotely, depending on your preference and availability. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and be available during regular business hours. You will also be expected to attend meetings and other work-related events, whether in person or virtually.
